All client accounts—including payment methods, billing information, and subscription details—are securely managed through Zoho Subscriptions, a trusted and compliant platform. Zoho Subscriptions employs industry-leading security protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA), two-factor authentication (2FA), SMS verification, and authenticator app support. This ensures that your financial and personal information is protected at all times.

App and Account Access:
All clients will access their accounts, billing, and service dashboards via our secure AVLC app, available for both desktop and mobile devices. Once launched, clients will use secure login credentials to access their accounts, manage subscriptions, update payment methods, and review service details directly through the app interface. This unified login experience is designed to enhance security and give you full control over your data.

Data Storage & Compliance:

  • All sensitive data is stored exclusively in secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud environments (Zoho One and Zoho Subscriptions).
  • Payment data is processed and stored according to PCI DSS standards. AVLC does not directly store raw payment card information.
  • Access to client data is strictly limited to authorized personnel and monitored with robust audit trails.
